Personal Training

Group Classes

We offer small group classes to help people to achieve their fitness goals. Our unique, holistic approach to health and wellness focuses on mobility, strength, endurance, balance and body awareness.

Often people with certain injuries or physical limitations can't do CrossFit style workouts, but at the same time they need physical activity the most. We rely on 18 years of experience in helping people to overcome their pain, limitations in range of motion and get stronger.

Get Rid of Back pain

Our back pain-focused training is designed to help people strengthen the muscles in the back and reduce pain. These exercises include stretching, core strengthening, and low-impact aerobic activities.

The aim of the training is to help people improve their posture and flexibility and build strength in the lower back muscles by repeating simple and safe exercises without any special equipment.
