UNDERGROUND STRENGTH CHALLENGE (USC) Rules Contest The contest must be held on a single day. There are three competition classes: Men's Elite, Men's and Women's Divisions. The order of the event must be kept as specified. Each competitor must be allowed a minimum of 15 minute and a maximum of one hour break in between the individual events. Winning The winner is determined by combined score in all five events. For example if Athlete X placed 1st in Clean & Jerk, 2nd in Turkish Get-Up, 5th in Pull-Ups, 1st in Pike Leg Raises and 4th in Snatches his total score is 1+2+5+1+4=13.
