Training with Sergei and his staff has been an awesome experience. He not only challenges you physically, but mentally. His training tools are primal in nature. We work with sledgehammers, kettlebells, etc. We flip tractor trailer tires. We climb ropes.
Yet his training methods are very progressive and safe. Sergei took me on board when I was completely out of shape and could barely do a few sets of basic calisthenics — today I’m amazed just how much progress I have made. “
