We use Olympic Lifts and their modifications to fine-tune lifting biomechanics, increase total body coordination, athleticism, power and strength, as well as improve active and dynamic flexibility.
We use mobility workouts, various yoga postures and flows, staff exercise, as well as other training methods to promote mobility and flexibility throughout the entire body, as well as to facilitate recovery and restoration processes.
We use Muay Thai workouts to improve hand-eye and foot-eye coordination, mental toughness, conditioning, as well as for fat loss.
