This video will cover material based on Part I exercises, so please spend some time learning and practicing basic variations.

Here is a simple way to integrate these drills into your practice:
After your main training put the timer for 90 sec and practice drills from Kettlebell Outdoor Series Part I & II take 90-120 sec to recover and repeat of total 2-3 sets.
Simple — Not Easy!
