We hope that you in a position to take your kettlebell outdoor and start taking advantage of Mother-Nature.
Kettlebell is the perfect addition if you training outside. It’s compact and heavy duty so you can have lots of fun in any weather condition and environment.
You can consider all the basic drills when you train outdoors : Swings, Cleans, Presses and so on. Even Get Ups can be trained outside)
With Underground Gym programs we devote plenty of time training outdoors.
While practicing basic drills and movements we like to get some hand to hand and juggling drills.
That helps our students to experience a new level and environment of practicing their athletic skills such as strength and conditioning . Plus it really digs in total body awareness and eye to hand coordination.
In this video you will go through 3 basic drills and their variations. Using the information from this tutorial you will be able to have a great finisher for your training or stand alone practice.
Please pay attention to safety when practicing hand to hand and juggling drills and don’t forget to have FUN:)
